No content or any part of ToddJames.com may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, web site, or any other medium for publication or distribution for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of ToddJames.com.

Return Policy

All sales are final. No exchanges may be made, no cancellations will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued. Under extenuating circumstances, on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion, if we determine a refund in full or in part is warranted, credit cards will be refunded within 7 days in USD at the current exchange rate. All shipping costs and international duty taxes are the full responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable. All items must be examined for damage upon delivery and you must notify ToddJames.com within 7 days of delivery if you are making a Damage claim. Images and a written description of the reported damage must be provided. Please note that items damaged in transit may not be able to be replaced.

Shipping

Shipping time is currently within two to three weeks of placing your order. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders. All domestic orders are shipped USPS with signature required. International orders to select countries are shipped USPS. All shipping costs, customs and international duties / taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. ToddJames.com is not responsible for any actions taken by Customs on a package during delivery.

Privacy

We respect the privacy of our purchaser’s account information and will never share it with any outside affiliates or individuals. The information we collect for orders includes name, e-mail, billing address, phone number, credit card information, Internet Protocol (IP) address, and geographical region. By providing this information to us, the purchaser represents that they own and consent to our use of this personal data. The purchaser may withdraw this consent at any time. If the purchaser declines to provide the requested information, ToddJames.com will not be able to provide service.

Indemnity

User agrees to hold ToddJames.com, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorney’s fees) made against ToddJames.com or any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of this site.
